All load switches are disconnected, and confirm that the switch has at least one breakpoint.
Confirm that the power switch is in the disconnected position.
Supply the operating circuit power supply, and the status indication is normal.
The incoming switch is a disconnecting switch and a fixed circuit breaker: first close the disconnecting switch, and then close the circuit breaker.
The incoming switch is a drawer-type frame circuit breaker: first swing the circuit breaker to the working position, and then close the circuit breaker.
Observe the changes in voltage and current after closing the switch, and confirm that the three-phase voltage and current are balanced.
After confirming that the circuit breaker is normal, hang up the "power has been supplied" warning sign.
2. Normal power outage operation process
Check the signal indication to allow the switch to be pulled.
Confirm that all load switches are disconnected.
The incoming switch is a disconnecting switch and a fixed circuit breaker: first disconnect the circuit breaker, and then separate the disconnecting switch.
The incoming switch is a drawer-type frame circuit breaker: first open the circuit breaker, and then swing the circuit breaker to the disconnected position.
Cut off the operating power of the circuit breaker.
After confirming that the output of the circuit breaker is out of power through testing, hang up the "power outage" warning sign.
If a grounding wire must be installed for maintenance, remove the grounding wire after maintenance to ensure safety.
3. Precautions when using the electrical control cabinet
When working on a fully or partially energized panel, the maintenance equipment should be separated from the operating equipment with obvious signs.
The secondary windings of current transformers and voltage transformers should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.
When working on the secondary circuit of a running current transformer, it is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current circuit. Short-circuit plates and short-circuit lines must be used, and wire winding is prohibited.
When working on the secondary circuit of a running voltage transformer, strictly prevent short circuit or grounding, use insulating tools, wear insulating gloves, and disable relevant relay protection devices before work if necessary.
When connecting temporary loads, special switches and fuses must be installed.
When the secondary circuit is energized for testing, in order to prevent reverse transformation from the secondary side to the primary side, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed.
Before energizing the secondary circuit or conducting a voltage test, the on-duty personnel and relevant personnel should be notified, and someone should be sent to guard the site and check the circuit. Pressurization can only be carried out after confirming that no one is working.
