Preparation work before installation:
After the electrical control cabinet is transported to the site, it should be unpacked and inspected to ensure that there is no deformation, paint peeling, etc., all instrument components are complete, and spare parts and instructions are complete.
Check whether the installation of the foundation steel meets the requirements. The top surface of the foundation steel should be 10-20mm above the ground level. The horizontal error of the foundation steel on the same horizontal plane in the same place should not exceed 1/1000 of the length, and the maximum horizontal error should not exceed 5mm12.
Precautions during installation:
The electrical control cabinet should be installed in a clean and safe environment. Ensure that the cabinet body and the cabinet body, the cabinet body and the side baffle are connected with galvanized screws, and the high-voltage switch cabinet is firmly welded to the reserved angle steel.
The installation of the switch cabinet should be flat and firm. The horizontal deviation of the top of the two adjacent cabinets is not more than 2mm, the horizontal deviation of the top of all cabinets is not more than 5mm, and the joint between the cabinets is not more than 2mm14.
Inspection and maintenance after installation:
After the electrical control cabinet is installed, a thorough inspection should be carried out to ensure that all fasteners are secure and the conductor connection ends are well connected.
The electrical control cabinet should be kept clean and tidy, and other electrical equipment should not be connected at will. Regular maintenance and inspection should be carried out to ensure safe operation.
