Selection and configuration of electrical components: The electrical components in the electrical control cabinet include circuit breakers, fuses, contactors, relays, instruments, etc. The selection of these components should comply with relevant national standards and need to pass CCC certification. The electrical components in the electrical control cabinet should be installed on a metal or non-wood flame-retardant insulating electrical installation board, and then fastened as a whole in the electrical control cabinet box. The metal electrical installation board and the metal box should be electrically connected.
Protection level and material: The shell of the electrical control cabinet is usually made of cold-rolled steel plate or flame-retardant insulating material. The thickness of the steel plate should be between 1.2 and 2.0 mm. The thickness of the switch box steel plate shall not be less than 1.2 mm, and the thickness of the distribution box steel plate shall not be less than 1.5 mm. The surface of the box should be treated with anti-corrosion to ensure that it is rainproof, dustproof and corrosion-resistant.
Terminal board settings: The electrical control cabinet should be equipped with N line (neutral line) and PE line (protective grounding line) terminal boards, and the incoming and outgoing lines must be reliably connected through the terminal boards. The N line terminal board must be insulated from the metal electrical installation board, and the PE line terminal board must be electrically connected to the metal electrical installation board. This can ensure electrical safety and prevent leakage accidents.
Instruments and protection devices: The electrical control cabinet should be equipped with instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, and watt-hour meters, as well as protection devices such as overload protection, short circuit protection, and leakage protection. The selection and configuration of these instruments and protection devices should meet actual needs to ensure the safe operation of the power distribution system.
Layout and installation: The electrical components in the electrical control cabinet should be fastened to the electrical installation board in the specified position to ensure the convenience of operation and maintenance. The electrical control cabinet should be installed in a dry, ventilated, and normal temperature place, away from harmful media and areas susceptible to external influences. The distribution cabinet should be installed firmly, and the vertical distance between its center point and the ground should be 0.8~1.6 meters to ensure safe operation.
Standardized configuration: At construction sites or other places where temporary electricity is required, the configuration of the electrical control cabinet should meet the requirements of "three-level power distribution, two-level leakage protection". That is, the main distribution box, distribution box and switch box should be configured according to the standard to ensure the safety of electricity use.
In summary, the configuration of the electrical control cabinet not only involves the selection and installation of electrical components, but also includes protective measures, safety protection and standardized layout to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power distribution system.
